Stock and prices are subject to availability.

If a product is out of stock when you order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to:

a) Cancel your order.

b) Take part delivery of your order, we will send the remaining items free from carriage charge; providing the outstanding item(s) is above £40.00

c) Wait until all of your order is in stock - we will make every effort to deliver your order within 28 days.

All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT.

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please ensure you write this next to your signature when signing for goods and inform Serendipity within 24 hours of receipt.

Customers have the right to return their order within 7 working days of receiving their goods 
money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please wrap the items securely and inform Serendipity by e-mail that the goods are being returned.
 

All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days, although
we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately.
 

Serendipity reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
